Immerse yourself in the beauty of Glacier National Park during a full day of exploring with your camera.

This session will give you plenty of time to practice a wide range of techniques while photographing at several locations throughout the park.

Where we go

Join us for a full day of playing in Glacier National Park! Shooting locations will vary based on current conditions and the season, however, here are a few of the many possibilities:

About your guide...

sarah Ehlen, Landscape Photographer

Photography has been a lifelong passion of Sarah’s, with a focus on landscape, nature, and travel imagery. She studied photography at Rocky Mountain School of Photography in Missoula, Montana where she now works as both a photography and Adobe Lightroom instructor.

Sarah also has more than a decade of experience working as a Park Ranger with the National Park Service, and she is certified in Wilderness First Aid by Aerie Backcountry Medicine.

With a degree in Ecology and an extensive knowledge of the natural world, Sarah is able to bring a unique perspective to her teaching of landscape and nature photography.  She loves helping people explore wild and beautiful landscapes with their camera.

Additionally, she is an Adobe Certified Expert in Lightroom, specializing in helping photographer's of all levels learn the art of post processing.

Sarah's images are available as fine art prints and she has also been published in Portland Magazine, Big Sky Journal, and Montana Magazine. You can view more of her work by visiting her website.

We typically meet in the morning and photograph until sunset to give us the best chances of ending the day with spectacular golden light.

Starting at $690 for up to two people
Price depends on location
$75 for each additional photographer (up to 4)

If you have a group larger than 4, inquire about our small group workshop rates.

The full day session entails eight hours of landscape photography instruction and photo guiding in Glacier National Park by a professional photographer and experienced instructor.

*Please note that the park entrance fee is not included in our pricing. You are responsible for your entrance fee to the park. More details can be found on Glacier National Park's website here.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Full Day Sessions need to be booked a minimum of 3 days in advance. You can cancel for no charge within 24 hours of making your booking (provided your booking is not within one week of your session).

Weather in the mountains is always unpredictable, but sessions will run, rain or shine. In fact, some of the best photos are often made in 'bad' weather. Please come prepared for every possible condition- Montana is known for experiencing all four seasons in a single day.
